There are not too many challenges in circulation that I support but I really like how I am progressing with this challenge.

WEEK ONE – BEST TIME (4 min)
WEEK TWO – BEST TIME (12 min)
WEEK THREE – BEST TIME (20 min)
WEEK FOUR – BEST TIME (30 min)
WEEK FIVE – BEST TIME (55 min)



FYI…
This challenge is to be completed in addition to your normal workout routine.
